FUN FLIGHTS specializes in weight shift instruction and performance flying. Our goal is to bring our clients to a safe level of confidence and positive control of their aircraft. If you dream of flying and love the outdoors, then this IS the sport for YOU!!
FUN FLIGHTS is based in Lake Chelan, Washington (ICAO -S10) and also services Northern California and Arizona during fall and winter. Since weather isn't always conducive to training in the northwest during the winter months, (Dec thru April), we migrate our services so our customers can develop their skills and gain airtime in stable weather conditions . Winter training is conducted at Watsonville (KWVI) and New Jerusalem (1Q4) airports in California.
FUN FLIGHTS also provides flight instruction for Light Sport Fixed Wing Aircraft! If you're a transitioning private pilot with your own LSA, we can bring you through the Sport Pilot program and provide the necessary endorsements.
Our desire is build a base of quality pilots who enjoy the outdoors and love adventures. Since trikes have the ability to be transported relatively easy (foldable wings), we can "pack'n go" and enjoy sites throughout the country year round.
